You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service allows you to upload executable files for static security analysis. You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store them solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

The Service, including its code, interface, design, logos, and content (excluding user-uploaded files), is the property of Binary Shield and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Binary Shield disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The security analysis results are provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for critical security decisions; you should verify findings with manual assessment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binary Shield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past twelve months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Binary Shield and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may delete your account at any time via the profile page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Haryana.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Binary Shield regarding the Service.
